Bodega Las Caballerías — Restaurant in Ronda

Wow! We stumbled into this fantastic find! It’s small and quaint and the staff is so happy and helpful. (Feels family run, but didn’t ask). We had a variety of tapas and all were tasty. We had the salad with honey, goat cheese and quince, croquettes, lamb skewer, cod and jam on toast and ended with chestnuts in brandy and delicious cheese cake. Everything was fantastic. And while taking the photo of the cheesecake for this review, I knocked over a glass of sherry. They replaced it free of charge no questions asked. Three of us ate and drank for €60. Bar Las Caballerías is a true hidden gem in Ronda! The service was 10 out of 10 — warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The food was simply outstanding — everything tasted fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.

The atmosphere felt cozy and local, not touristy at all, which made the whole experience even more special. I can honestly say it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Spain. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ronda — you won’t be...

We were so fortunate to find Bar Las Caballerias, especially when we left it to see a street lined with the usual touristy type places and menus. We received the nicest welcome. We enjoyed great tapas, but there are also full meals. We wanted to stay longer so shared a dessert with a glass of cold moscatel wine (they do suggested dessert wine pairings). The service was really fantastic and the loos were the cleanest you could find! Excellent vfm....
