TOURIST TRAPDO NOT GO HERE*OVERPRICEDPOOR SERVICE** We ate here for dinner and it was the worst experience in Mallorca so far. We sat in a far corner table, which was perfectly fine. We had the beach sand, a great ambiance, and a view of the water. It took about 20 minutes for someone to come to our table and ask us for drinks. We are patient, so it was okay at first. By the time someone came over, we were ready to order everything (drinks and food). We asked about a few things on the menu. For example, we asked about the catch of the day. We ended up ordering it, in which we were not told of the price. Maybe we should asked? I just feel that, if there is something that’s more than double the price of anything else on the menu, the server should have the courtesy to let the customers know. We ordered a steak, which was around 30€ as well. So, we believed that the catch of the day would be somewhere around that price, or even just a few euros more. The catch of the day was 70€, and we didn’t know until we received the check. The fish itself, was good. It was well seasoned and even deboned table-side. Unfortunately, everything else on the plate provided the opposite satisfaction. There were potatoes which tasted like they were soaked in pure lemon juice and peppers that were fairly flavorless. I hate to leave a bad review, but we were so disappointed with this experience. Especially since it is so highly rated. I wouldn’t say much if the experience overall was pleasant. However, 90% of this experience left us unsatisfied overall. If you choose to travel here, please consider dining at a different...

Ate here last week. We booked in person the day before and I was told I’d get a text to confirm. I didn’t. So we weren’t on their system when we arrived and the front of house didn’t remember us from the previous day! They weren’t busy however, so we had a lovely table right on the beach. Our waitress was very friendly but appeared inexperienced. Our food arrived - freshly grilled turbot instead of the snapper we had ordered (we had decided the turbot was too expensive). Our waitress looked panicked and distraught (probably at the thought of it coming out of her wages!) All the dishes we had ordered were returned to the kitchen. We then had to wait for several tables to be served before it was eventually our turn again and our waitress looked as though she was about to burst into tears for the rest of the evening. The whole grilled fish was rather ham-fistedly filleted by another of the waitresses.. It was delicious as was the roasted cauliflower. The manager/owner? asked us how our meal was half way through but didn’t offer an apology for the mix-up or delay to our meal and was generally rather charmless. I hate to think what happened to that beautiful turbot. I hope it wasn’t wasted but it seemed to me that the obvious thing would have been to let us eat it but charge us for the snapper! It would have been a generous gesture and helpful for the chefs and I would have written a much nicer review I dare say. The restaurant is on the west side of the port so no sun in the evening. In the hot temperatures of summer it will be lovely but was slightly...

The service was terrible; it took a very long time to receive a menu and to have my order taken. The food did not take long but I did not think it was good. The prawns, once the head and tail removed, were very small and the dish didn’t have much flavor. The peppers were very mushy, slimy, and oily. The anchovies in the pepper dish had a nice texture but the overall dish I thought was not good due to slimy/mushy texture and no flavor aside from the salty anchovies. After having been there an hour already and just getting started on my meal, I did not want to bother to see if there was something else I may or may not like, and given my poor experience thus far, I didn’t wish to pay for the food and told my waitress as much (side note: i enjoyed my patiki punch and was willing to pay for that). To make a bad experience worse, the manager came to my table and lectured me for almost ten minutes on how I should have handled the situation, like ask for something else or ask for a discount. Again, I had already been there a long time, did not like what I had eaten, felt ignored by the staff, and I had to drive an hour and a half to get home and it was 21:45 at this point. My frustration worsened to the point of tears and asked if I could just leave, please. That is when he brought be a check finally, for 16 euros, presumably for the prawns I shelled but did not eat. Such a relief to leave. Worst dining...

Such an excellent place to eat and relax. The music (there's a DJ there on Friday - Sunday in the summer months I believe) adds so much to the overall experience and feel of the place. The location, overlooking the harbour and port is magical and the music just adds another level to the experience. The food is very good. A traditional Spanish offering with a modern twist. Almost everything is a sharing plate and the portions are such that you will spend more than you'd expect, but all food we bought was well received and good quality. The only downside and I am being picky, is the service. It's a bit disorganised and slow and haphazard, but it's hot and sticky so it's not easy of course. So I'm mentioning this so that people are aware of "our experience" rather than this being all the time. For me, probably one of the best places to eat in Port de Soller given the total experience. Definitely give it a try and see for yourself.

🌟 I would’ve given more stars if I could! 🌟 Coincidently saw Remarkable Places to eat, hosted by Fred Sirieix, right before I left for Mallorca for a work training. I planned a trip to Sollér for after my training, but because I was so caught up with the training, I completely forgot about the tv episode in which Patiki was featured. I visited Sollér today and ran into Patiki, and remembered the episode again! I HAD to had lunch there but it was very busy and I had made no reservations. Claudio, their fantastic waiter, had me wait at the bar inside and gave me a blanket because it had started to rain and it was a bit chilly. I got a table after a few minutes and I had the roasted cauliflower with pine nuts and carrot cream. It was super lovely and I wish I wasn’t by myself so I could had more food to try! The service is fantastic and the view and the food make a trip to Patiki definitely worth the wait. Thank you Patiki staff! 💛

This was just the absolute perfect experience! First, if you take the tram to Port de Sóller, and ride it to the end, you walk around the whole bay to get to Patiki Beach and it's just delightful! The restaurant really is on the beach. We had reservations, and were sat at a beautiful beachfront table. The service was very good - we occasionally had to flag, but she was friendly and efficient! The menu is small, but so clever. We had garlic toast, local roasted almonds and burrata. Everything was fresh and delicious. I tried a frozen aperol spritz which was very refreshing after a spciy hot walk! And then we shared a bottle of cava, and when I tell you cava tastes even better on a beach, I'm not lying. We walked past dozens of restaurants on our way to Patiki Beach, and most were empty (early-ish lunchtime). Patiki beach was full the entire time. That tells you everything you need to know!
