Our spur of the moment trip to Sagunto was made even better by eating at this restaurant! We didn’t have a reservation but they had one table left. We had their menu of the day and everything was unique and delicious. The interior of the restaurant was so cool! It felt like you were in a cave due to the texture and materials of the wall but you were weren’t. We had a salad with mussels and caballa fish, chicken satay, soup, bread, and a bottle of wine to share. Our main entrees were Tuna with wasabi ice cream and like a sriracha sauce, sea bream, and pork loin. Our daughter had a kids meal of pork loin, potatoes, and an omelette.
