I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. While the ambiance and service provided by the hostess were commendable, I must say that the quality of the food fell short of my expectations.

Firstly, the food was excessively salty, which seriously affected my enjoyment of the dishes. Additionally, the tortillas were bland and were merely a subpar version of an omelette. Considering the price I paid, I expected a more satisfying culinary experience.

I feel compelled to highlight that I initially made a review without providing feedback to the restaurant staff. However, the hostess, was attentive and get my review before leaving. I could perceive his passion for the establishment and his dedication to providing excellent service. It would have been appreciated if they had shown more attentiveness by inquiring about the issue with the food. While they seemed concerned about the rating🌟, it appeared that customer satisfaction was not their main priority.

I also tried the dessert, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. However, in the interest of fairness, I must acknowledge that the “croquetas” were amazing, as well as the wine selection.

Considering that the positive reviews were what initially attracted me to dine at Isidro, I believe it is fair to share my personal experience. I hope that my feedback is taken into consideration and that improvements can be made to ensure a better dining experience for...

My girlfriend and I were looking for a restaurant close to our hotel; we then stumbled across this place and it was an experience never to forget. It started with us being the only ones in the restaurant (it soon became busier around 21:00) and we were placed in a nice private table surrounded by Valentine’s Day references. The service was swift and super attentive, with the waiters explaining all the options on and off the menu (there were several extra things not on the menu which is always nice to have). They then came with a big loaf of bread, on the house, and three different brands of olive oil. Afterwards, the main course was delicious and plentiful. The highlight for us was, however, the dessert. One of the best desserts we have ever had; a pistache cake with a ton of extra delicious things next to it. Absolutely amazing! At last they offered a ‘chupito’ on the house and after paying they offered yet another one! The owner explained us the story of the restaurant and gave us some flowers upon leaving. An experience we will...

Wow

There are not many places (if any), I would give a five star rating to, but this place is truly exceptional. The whole experience leaves you feeling as if you have just visited something out of a Willy Wonka dream and everything from the elaborate, decor in the restaurant complete with live goldfish swimming at your table to the surreal psychadelic colours which hit you as you walk into the Toilet, tells you that this is a place you are not likely to forget in a hurry.

The attention to detail is topped off with a flower for the ladies when you leave after paying the bill which considering the quality and maybe overly generous portion sizes, I was sure there had been a mistake with - which they had not.

For this once in a lifetime experience I cannot recommend Isidrio enough, and for anyone who wants something a little out of the ordinary it is bound to impress guests of all ages, as can be seen from the countless numbers of happy customers...

potato chips unnecessary skip them it cheapens the place, fix the bread - it is way too dense, substitute for multigraine country style baguette lighter and nicer; please on the menu describe the fact that there's tuna inside the mixed salad what an unexpected bonus; and note any dish that has eggs in it, such as those that are revuelto & tortilla do not mean huevos in most tounges . super cool that 3 bottles of olive oil were brought to the table but this was only when olive oil was requested - spain produces more olive oil than Italy and yet in Italy it is automatically brought to the table whenever there is bread - you should do the same. spreading flower petals on the table during the dine by the slim youge blond waitress is a very memorable experience, also wrapping the cork around the bottle foil is a nice touch, add cafe to postres automatically in the menu de dia - it leaves the guest with a positive after-taste
