Oh my goodness, where do I start? We’re in Spain for a month and I love all the Spanish food, but once in a while, that craving for something diverse kicks in and that’s where Udon fits.
The gentleman who took our order was kind and lovely. Our food was delicious; the salmon tataki could have been more raw instead of slightly torched, the chicken teriyaki sticks is yummy but just a tad salty but yummy but the stunner is the takoyaki. The delicious balls with octopus (pulpo) inside. If you’ve been to Tokyo and have bought those delicious balls in winter, you’ll know what I mean.

All in all, highly recommended place to diversify your food palate in Salamanca IF you just want to take a break from the delicious...
Read moreI recently had dinner at Udon Place and was impressed by the warm, attentive service from our waiter, Alex. He greeted us with a friendly smile, patiently explained the menu, and offered spot-on recommendations that made the meal even better. Drinks were refilled quickly, dishes arrived just as we were ready for them, and Alex checked in at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive.
His professionalism and positive energy created a relaxed atmosphere that really elevated the whole dining experience. If you visit Udon Place, I highly recommend asking for Alex—you’ll be in...
Read moreThis place might be a bit hidden from the most popular streets, but the food is really good. To quote a friend: the chicken just melts in your mouth. I am vegetarian, so I went with edamame, vegetable tempura, ramen and a lava cake. Food was really good. If you go for lunch, they have a midday menu. The price you pay is incredibly low for the amount of food and quality of food you get.
Besides the great food, the service is quick and very friendly!! We were waiten on by Cecilia, very friendly and warm!
