Burger King — Restaurant in Salou

Ordered on the machines and decided to pay cash at the desk. The shop was busy with lots of people waiting. I decided to join the queue of 5 people waiting to pay at the tills with cash. The employees (including the manager) just decided to ignore serving anybody that had not payed by card at the machine. After 20 mins waiting, the woman at the front of the queue decided to speak to the manager and somebody was put on the till to serve the people in the queue, eventually some progress although i dont think she could have been any slower. Eventually got to the front after 30 minutes wait, handed over the ticket to pay but was told that because it had been so long since i had ordered on the machine (30 mins), the order had been cancelled and i would have to order again at the machine and join the back of the queue. Decided to just leave at that point and go somewhere else. A complete disaster and a waste of 30 minutes waiting in a queue for nothing. First time here and i will not be back. Bought a cheeseburger menu snack, and it was delicious. You can easily order through the ordering screens between the main ordering counter and the entrance or a separate cash lane. There's a lot of food options. It was very busy, but the place was still pretty clean.

Once your order is ready, get ready to use your best Spanish numbers listening skills, since that's the only way I knew my order was ready was one of the service members shouting the number.
