Houdini's Attic — Restaurant in Salou

Completely disappointed with the food. Chicken wings looked and tasted like they were fried a couple of hours earlier and then fried again, completely dry and burnt. Chicken pieces in the chicken tacos had a weirdly green color, like the meat was spoiled and it tasted funny. The arugula was dry and looked like it was at least 5 days old. Plus, the lemon that they put in my glass of water had some pink spots on it and was a bit brown and dry and looked like it was used before. And yes, the hummus - that wasn't hummus at all. It looked like they took out something from the freezer, and the consistency was completely off, like a frozen mashed potato with grains in it. All in all, I would never recommend anyone to...

Could not recommend this place enough!

We could not have had a better experience. First off the staff were amazing especially Jamie. She was lovely and made sure we were being served to and we had a few giggles and laughs.

The food was amazing! It was lovely, fresh and the portions were a great size.

The magic show has us speechless throughout the whole thing! It was the best thing I’ve seen in a long while.

Rodney the owner was lovely! A great magician and very lovely person. He made effort to speak with all his customers after the show!

We ate here on the roof terrace a few times during our stay and it’s fantastic. We went for our dinner (lunch to posh people) and each time everything was delicious. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We had dishes like the calamari (you get loads!) the croquettes (awesome) some chicken goujons which were equally as good. There is live music, even in the afternoons, which isn’t really our thing but this was just nice in the background. When the singer isn’t on they play some really great retro classics....
