What I really disliked it and made me feel very uncomfortable was the fact that a Manager (a blond woman) started giving out to Larissa in front of me and other people. I was uncomfortable and also did not understand what was being said, I thought it was because of the amount of sauce I had, and explain myself “Sorry, this is not her fault, I asked for it”. Then the manager answered “oh no, I am only asking her to smile more, she doesn’t smile enough”. Again exposing an employee in front of the clients. Hi vaig anar la setmana passada, 23 d'agost. No parlo català ni castellà; l'assistent de servei (Larissa) no parlava molt bé l'anglès fins que vam descobrir un idioma en comú i em va ajudar MOLT. Em va explicar què podia aconseguir, la quantitat, va donar alguns suggeriments, va ser molt útil i al final vaig tenir un menjar perfecte. El que realment no em va agradar i em va fer sentir molt incòmode va ser el fet que una gerent (una dona rossa) va començar a donar-li a la Larissa davant meu i altres persones. Em vaig sentir incòmode i a més no entenia el que es deia, vaig pensar que era per la quantitat de salsa que tenia, i m'explico "Perdoneu, això no és culpa seva, ho vaig demanar". Llavors el gerent va respondre "oh, no, només li demano que somriu més, no somriu prou". De nou exposant un empleat davant dels clients. Bé, m'agradaria dir dues coses: a Larissa, moltes gràcies! M'has ajudat molt i em vas alegrar el dia perquè el meu menjar, fet per tu, va ser increïble gràcies a tu. Al gerent i equip directiu: estem al 2023, ningú no ha de somriure tot el temps!
