The Roadhouse Salou — Restaurant in Salou

Waited over 45 minutes for food tonight. Had to go and ask for it and when it came mine was luke warm at best. Wife and child had burgers both come out OK and were hot. I waited an extra 20 minutes more for mine. Was nice. Nothing to shout about. Quite disappointed with the hype I'd read. Got a drink when we sat down and no one asked did we want any more and no check backs on food. Didn't even knock a diet coke off for the absolute shambles we had. Seemed like a staff didn't care. I'd be worried if it was my my business. Should be checking on food and asking tables if they need more drinks. Took our plates away didn't ask about puddings. Losing out on money. There is a button for service on the table but pressed it twice with no answer. In short, terrible experience. An I'd say food was on par with a TGIs at best. Nothing to shout about. Gutted as we high hopes.

The manager has replied and played himself. Poor attitude and looks a fool. I said I waited over 45 minutes for food. His reply then lists a time line of events while saying I couldn't and his time stamps show it was in fact 48. Cheers for proving my point. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Roadhouse Salou, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a memorable evening. The decor, combined with a lively yet relaxed ambiance, made us feel right at home.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. We got the platter which easily served the both of us, and we ordered a side of mac and cheese. Every item on the meal we tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The menu offers a fantastic variety, ensuring there’s something to delight every palate. The meats were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, while the sides complemented each dish beautifully. We didn’t have room left for a dessert but wow they looked fantastic too!

What truly sets Roadhouse Salou apart, though, is the impeccable service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and prompt with their service. They made sure every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch, and their genuine hospitality was the icing on the cake.

Overall, Roadhouse Salou provides a dining experience that combines superb food, outstanding service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal. Five stars all the way!

Genuinely lost for words with regards to this restaurant! Our service was 100/10 The food oh my goodness 10000/10!!

For starters we didn’t reserve a table, we just went on a whim, and the gentleman on the door found us a table, baring in mind the restaurant was full (I think a booking didn’t show). However we got caught SO LUCKY, because after we was seated, there was a wait for a table unless you’ve got a reservation…BOOK A TABLE, so you don’t miss out!!

The food, holy Christ! We had onion rings to start with a lovely sweet chili/ hot honey style dip! They came out piping hot and so fresh! For myself I got the tacos which came with chili con carny and a choice of toppings, an my boyfriend got the rack of ribs and wings combo! Elite tackle let me tell you! Tacos were so soft and just fell apart which I didn’t mind but they can be messy but worth every bite! The Ribs and wings just fell off the bone and the flavours were mega. The corn was so soft and charred which give it even more flavour! My boyfriend was one very happy boy. (The night before we tried ribs at another restaurant that were terrible so he’s happy to have had some top tier ribs)
