Burger King — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

We tried to order on the screen but it was difficult, and we could not find what we look for, so we went to the counter, we never should have done that. No one understood English/American even three of the staff were called... we are fluent in English... when our order came it was totally wrong but the staff didn't care. A nice man that spoke Spanish, explained that there was something wrong with our order but nothing happened... the nice man came out to us afterwards and apologized in the ways of Spain and explained that it was not normal service in Spain. ...if you speak Spanish, you can use this "restaurant" but if you don't, you should stay far away from it.... incredibly sad that an American restaurant can't serve someone who speaks English. WOW... Your answer is totally copy paste or done by a computer... That says every thing about that you don't take complaints seriously 🤬... Here is your answer to me: "Hi Allan! I usually refrain from making derogatory comments about restaurants or businesses, but something doesn't quite align with this restaurant. I typically give a place two chances before providing my comprehensive review on overall experience, service, atmosphere, and the complete package. In this case, I believe there have been shortcomings on several fronts, although one can't complain too much given that it's ultimately a fast-food restaurant, which, considering America's fast-paced culture, doesn't quite achieve significant success. With low expectations and poor quality, it's challenging to make a positive impression on either locals or tourists. I am uncertain about cleanliness, but something in this food has caused both my friend and me to react, which is unacceptable in every way.

I don't know when the last environmental inspection took place, but Spain, in general, has good standards, so I trust the country itself. However, after two attempts, I've learned to avoid this restaurant at all costs. Nothing against the staff—they're doing their best and working for their livelihood. However, I would recommend people go to Sultans Kebab for a better experience at a more reasonable price. It's about 3 euros by taxi from Burger King. Compare that with two trips from the beach (6 euros), and you'd rather have a kebab at Sultans for the same cost as the round trip taxi would have been.

Not worth going up to Burger King when there are other places, including Sultan Kebap, offering a reasonable and realistic price despite the otherwise competitive market prices. // Por lo general, me abstengo de hacer comentarios despectivos sobre restaurantes o negocios, pero algo no encaja del todo con este restaurante. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. I URGE YOU NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE!! We ordered online at 11:20pm & was told it would be a 30 minute max wait as it was literally a 4 min drive from hotel (a much further walk as have to go over motorway). At 12:30 the food still hadn’t arrived & I then got a notification saying it had been delivered when it hadn’t. They was not answering the phone / numbers wasn’t even going through, we then had no choice but to go there as didn’t want to loose our money! No one was on the streets at all it was pitch black so we felt unsafe and had to pay even more money for a cab there and back. When we arrived they said the food had been sitting there for past hour & didn’t even say sorry. I asked him to make sure it was all hot and right(showed receipt of what we ordered). When we got back to hotel to eat it after 2 hours of waiting it was freezing cold and the complete wrong order !!!!! Staff are absolutely useless don’t speak no English and disgraceful customer service. Buger king you should be...
