KURRY KINGDOM INDIAN TANDOORI — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

So sad that I left visiting this restaurant until the last few days of our holiday. The staff are amazing, friendly and go out of their way to provide outstanding service. Some of the best onion bhajis I've had and the biryani and paneer tikka were top level.

We've tried EVERY Indian in PDI, but this place is by far the best all rounder and the staff truly appreciate your business.

The only down side I can think was the restaurant next door having Ed Sheerans album on repeat (particularly when Ed and Elton started rocking out a christmas song... In the middle of July 🙄🤣), some traditional Indian music would have helped with the ambience, but other than...

A little hard to find squashed between 2 other restaurants but don't let that put you off. We visited twice and I can't speak for any other Indian in the area because we didn't need to go anywhere else. Delicious food. Ordered cheese naan, a chicken puri (not on the menu, and nake sure ask them to make it with spicy chicken if you want it like the UK, not the chicken chaat they have on the menu); also had daal palak which was outstanding ( have it cooked according to your spice level) and also dhania murgh (coriander chicken) which was also tasty accompanied with roti. Best biryani in Gran Canaria. We ordered the lamb biryani, garlic naan, and sizzling chicken tandoori. The lamb and the rice were perfectly cooked. What made our experience better is it be great customer service, our server made sure he gave us the information we needed. Lime water. Very clean toilet. You can tell the people who works here take pride of their kitchen and food. Very impressed especially that we were their last customers and they are almost closing when we came.
