Poor service and food. The waiter were trickery and the lamb was dry. I ordered Skrewer with lamb for €13. After waiting a half hour waiting the waiter(owner/boss?) suddenly came and told us that Skrewer was sold out. He recommended lamb-leg without telling my that cost was €36, almost 3 times as much. He told me that this was very fresh and tender meet. Sine we had been waiting for half a hour I accepted this without asking for the price. We ordren this on his coinvincing recimmandation. The lamb was dry and not tender. We were very disappointed. The waiter was very on until the order was placed but after that he disappeared. We are still wondering if he wasn't out for Skrewer with lamb but had some left over of some lamb-leg that he wanted to get rid of. We tried to explain our disappointment to the waiter which was left and ask for å discount.. She was just telling us that a discount will affect her salary. Oh my good. Should the first waiters(her owner/boss) poor job affect the waiter who were left behind. What kind of business is this. This just reiminded us about what we felt about the first waiter(owner?). We felt betrayed of...
Read moreStaff here is very nice and welcoming, I recommend paying them a visit if you’re in the area, it’s really providing something different than what you have in town. Considering how close the island is to Morocco, I also feel like it makes sense to have these kinds of meals.
I had the lamb tagine which was very good. While I feel like it lacked a little seasoning and spice (I heard that food from Morocco can be a bit spicy, but I’m assuming it’s adjusted to the majority of north European tourists), I will say that the lamb is absolutely delicious. It’s cooked so well and just shreds so easily with your fork. The fat of the lamb is cooked so well that it’s basically just a flavor bomb that enhances the dish. The only thing that maybe threw me off a bit was some of vegetables that in some cases felt like they didn’t elevate the dish, but they’d rather perhaps a bit oddly sidestep in flavor profiles.
A friend from Morocco told me that I shouldn’t have had this dish with rice, but it was recommended, I have to say that I really like the sauce of this dish...
Read moreMy recent visit to this Moroccan restaurant was a delightful culinary journey. From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to the vibrant streets of Marrakech. The decor exudes an authentic Moroccan charm, setting the mood perfectly.
Now, onto the food. The menu offered a tantalizing array of Moroccan dishes, and each bite was a burst of exotic flavors. The tagines were succulent, the couscous perfectly fluffy, and the grilled kebabs were a savory delight. Don't miss out on the aromatic Moroccan tea to complete your meal.
The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. It's an ideal spot for an exotic dining experience or a taste of Morocco right in your neighborhood. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving the flavors and...
