UMAMI Good Food — Restaurant in San Cristóbal de La Laguna

This is the restaurant I came back twice (which is rare) because the food is unpretentiously good, and the price is good. There's many vegan restaurants in la laguna, but I find this one a reliable place to get my belly full and my spirits feel satisfying. El sitio en general está bien, eso sí, intentaré ser crítico constructivo desde una perspectiva personal-global y con toda mi mejor voluntad ya que percibo un equipo con ganas de mejorar 😊

Pongo 3 estrellas por los siguientes motivos :

Se puede mejorar la agilidad en la cocina , no es que esperes mucho pero si algo por los platos. La comida en general está bien , para MÍ gusto las croquetas les falta alguna chispa , una salsa agridulce de tomate o no sé rellenarla con la que venía ( creo recordar que era una con toques a mostaza ) no sé , alguna chispita. Como dije los platos bien ,esperaba más al tener como nombre umami, pero bueno, están bien ☺️

Eso sí, el único que considero subido de precio es la ensalada , la considero algo básica y excesiva de precio , creo que si mantienen el precio deberían darle una vuelta al concepto .

De resto , el ambiente es muy agradable y muy bonito . Para mi gusto , estaba un poco alta la música pero es que tenía el altavoz al lado 😂, quizás en la otra sala seguramente es perfecto el tono, pero no fue un problema .

We went there for dinner and lunch and had an amazing experience both times. Food is delicious and not the default vegan dishes you’ll get everywhere. Service was very nice and super quick on the dinner when we shared four dishes. (see photos)
