The service here is a mess. I've been twice, and both times, the poor service ruined the experience. There's a tall guy with a "don't care" attitude, and while the ladies try hard, the overall organization is far from professional. The first time, they missed parts of our order. The second time, they partially fulfilled it and, after a long wait and asking, they claimed they accidentally threw away our order card and apologised but they gave our order to someone else already so we didn’t get it because it was sold out. You need to constantly remind them about things because they keep forgetting or missing something.

A kind request to the owner: please provide professional training for your staff or reorganize them. Your food is excellent, but our last visit left us shocked and angry. You probably don’t want your place associated with such poor service.

To potential customers: You need to know that you might leave here with a smile or feeling very annoyed and angry. Choose your visit time wisely to avoid disappointment, or consider skipping this...

What seems to be a cute cafe from outside turned out to be a low quality eatery. Service is mediocre here, food is average and in the end they even cheated by adding extra dish to the bill.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs and bacon to share with another person, the server when bringing it to the table dropped half of bacon on the floor in front of me without even apologizing and to my request to bring new bacon to replenish it I got an answer that I still have enough bacon on another sandwich and can move it from there. To my another request to bring bacon, he did bring it rolling his eyes and then gossiping about our table with other waiters who were staring at us and giggling. In the end, charged us extra for this bacon and for an extra sandwich that we didn’t order.

The only thing which was good here was the coffee. Barista did a great job and made a very delicious coffee drink (that’s why I’m giving my best 2 stars). But with such a horrible service and wrong attitude of leading business, I’d still never return here and would not...

Our expectations were set very high considering the rating, but we left disappointed. We arrived after 1pm so couldn’t order the tasty-looking sandwiches.

DOWNS uncomfortable chairs, cold when raining (maybe cushions would help it) too much time between the arrival to the order and then between the order and the food serving (the drinks came in relatively okay time) desserts look super nice and people are queuing up for them, but for us it was a disappointment. We had NUBE and expected something creamy inside, but it was a dry cube which was very difficult to cut. probably we do not understand the concept of payés (filled bread) but it was a lot of crunchy bread with cheese; it did not taste fresh, it was oily and personally would not order it again lastly, the personnel could have a bit more joy serving people and once they realize they screwed up an order and a customer needs to wait another 30min for their food, they should compensate with little something
