Food is good for the price. We were 4 people, one with a wheelchair. We sat outside. It has parasols, so enough to cover us from the extremely hot weather. We got 4 menus. It was simple but just as it said in the menu. No frills, just what it says in the menu. Good price for dishes with meat. Salad was fresh. Starter, main, dessert or coffee. If you are hungry for 15€ you will sort it out. Premium location, just outside from the Escorial. Free bread and wine included or water included...

Lunch by reservation at 3:15 p.m. Around 10 minutes to be served. Quick service to order the food and bring the appetizer: a small bowl of Castilian soup, quite good. It's been 30 minutes since they brought my companion's salad and I'm still waiting for my plate. I missed the waiter asking if we wanted both dishes at the same time. They have made up for their delay in serving with more food. Very good carme de Avila with potatoes...

Food was good but service was awful!! tried to overcharge us by an extra €15. A friend of mine ordered a meal and received the wrong meal and then was charged extra for the thing he actually ordered but didn’t get. Multiple things were wrong on our bill and we were charged for it. The lady was very rude. Manager yelled at us in front of everyone even though they were the ones who messed up....
