Restaurante El Rubio 360º — Restaurant in San Pedro del Pinatar

Beautiful restaurant, fantastic location- such a shame that the main waiter of our table treated us as an annoyance to be got rid of as quickly as possible- although there were many empty tables with lovely views where our party of 4 could have enjoyed a nice meal in a welcoming atmosphere we were sat directy opposite to the waiters’ station at the end of the bar and for the 2 men in our party in particular the very busy ‘thoroughfare’ of not particularly friendly waiters created a stressful atmosphere- although the worst table to seat customers at it was one of the most convenient for the waiters🤔🤔🤔- I had a lovely grilled sole but my husband had a steak which was half fat and half meat - not enjoyable - this is the first time we have ever left a restaurant without leaving a tip - very sad - we aren’t tourists- we live here - would we be treated better in the winter...

Been here last year and had a great experience. Hoped to have the same experience this time. The view and the food were good but the service wasn't great. The waitresses on our side of the restaurant hardly spoke any English which makes it difficult to ask questions about the menu. We weren't the only table who struggled with the language barrier. When I finished my starter my plate was almost immediately taken while my wife was still eating hers. There was hardly any time between courses. It seemed if they were in a rush while the restaurant wasn't that busy at all. We had a three course meal and were back outside within 75 minutes and this could have been sooner if we haven't taken our time making our choices...

Food, Service, Ambiente... There is no competition in San Pedro or a few kilometres...

Food: Delicious! Everything on point... Extra wishes, specially for kids... No problem at all!

Service: There is always someone to help and serve you! You will not leave the restaurant thirsty or hungry! Very nice team, good language skills when it comes to Russian and English!

Ambiente: Top that! NO WAY any of the restaurants nearby can have a view like El Rubio!

Prices: Yes, they are a bit higher compared to the restaurants nearby, but it is worth it! Service and quality of the fish, meat, desserts and drinks is extraordinary!
