It's such a shame that Biarritz in sotogrande is considered to be a chiringhito ( beach bar ,) because it means it has to close from September through to June. The food, service and setting is so good it deserves to be open all year. We have tried their tapas style lunch and 4 course dinner and on both occasions have been blown away by new dishes ( to us ) and their take on original dishes. Parking can be a problem at weekends in the high season otherwise no issues. Looking forward to Biarritz re opening next...

Tuna ribs are original and very nicely seasoned but the portion quite small. Food was really nice and would give 5 stars if portions were larger. Definity...
