Burger King — Restaurant in San Sebastián de los Reyes

We had lots of issues when getting the order as they took like 40 minutes from the first hamburger they put in the tray to the very last product that they missed.

They were lacking staff and the one who prepared our meals was new so he missed 5 fries, 1 hamburger, he put two incorrect products... We were nine and everything was cold by the time we started.

Then, all the tables were dirty and full of rubbish as no one was cleaning them or emptying the bins. Very disgusting and disappointing. I remember this place good enough to take my kids and now this is somewhere not to return.

The hands dryer and the hand wash dispenser were not working, they know this but don't care as it is like this for a long time, they told me personally.

Unpleasant last meal with my family before returning home. Although they helped us to have a conversation, complaints about them filled all...

Lo que me ha ocurrido hoy ha sido de cámara oculta.

Hago un pedido por la app para recoger (como tantas otras veces lo he hecho). Después de media hora el estado de mi pedido sigue siendo “en cocina”. Me acerco para ver por qué tardan tanto, ya que normalmente a los 15 min me sale que el pedido ya está listo y me acerco a por él.

Lo primero que me dicen al preguntar y después de revisarlo en las comandas es que ese pedido no es de aquí, que está en el otro burger que hay a 200 metros. Mi respuesta: disculpa pero mi pedido está apareciendo en la pantalla de avisos… (me está vacilando) Me responden: es que te hemos avisado hace mucho. Yo: pero si en la app y en la pantalla sigue apareciendo en preparación… Respuesta: ah es que eso no va muy bien…me ponen caras raras. Yo: la app siempre me avisa a los 10 o 15 minutos… Respuesta: silencio y más caras raras…

Se disponen a preparármelo en bandeja…

Yo: disculpa, es para llevar… Respuesta: no lo pusiste para llevar… Yo: si mira, pedí la bolsa de papel por la que cobráis 10 cts…

Me lo prepara para llevar sin decir ni media y con las pertinentes caras raras…

Se habrán hecho los locos y se lo habrán comido ellos?...
