We come to Cafe & Te every time we visit Plaza Norte shopping centre. The atmosphere is always cosy, welcoming and relaxed, and all members of staff are unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. The coffee is always really good - I always order an Americano - and the assortment of cakes and snacks as well as exotic teas never fails to delight us. Suelo venir aquí con frecuencia cuando vengo a hacer alguna compra. Normalmente la atención ni fú ni fá pero hoy llego pido antes de sentarme y me dice de forma muy brusca "ya la cobro que tengo que hacer caja". ¿Y? A ver, no es problema del cliente los cambios de horarios pero si me lo hubiera dicho de buen modo quizá no me importe pero después iba a pedir café y algo más y evidentemente no lo hice. Aparte que ya había allí otra persona que podía atender. Después me viene y me dice que ya no hay huevos, que tengo que pedir otra cosa...¿a las 16h, un miércoles y habiendo un Carrefour y un Aldi al lado no se puede prever? Bueno puede ser un lapsus vale pero en una empresa los clientes no tienen por qué saber los problemas internos y si te los cuentan que no sea de forma maleducada y menos si van a relajarse a tomar algo.. y aparte si quieren pongan un cartel que diga que se cobra por adelantado.
