We haven’t even managed to get inside. For no obvious reason we were told that the restaurant will open at 7 PM. When we showed up at 7 PM, they told us that it will open at half past seven or even eight.

I find it quite ridiculous that the kitchen opens a full hour after the restaurant itself. It simply doesn’t make sense to have guests seated with no food service available for that long, and it creates unnecessary confusion and disappointment.
To make matters worse, this setup was not properly explained at the time of our visit. Had we known in advance, we could have adjusted our plans accordingly. I appreciate your willingness to clarify the information moving forward, but I strongly encourage you to reconsider how this is communicated — and ideally, how it’s structured — to better align with guest expectations.

They have the most amazing food,I would say it's up there with the Michelin quality,with excellent selection and presentation as well as great service and wine selection. It was so good, we went there twice, the second time, the white tuna crudo was on the menu and it was delicious. The steak was great quality and very well prepared. They speak English and can answer all you questions and give you recommendations. The prices are fairly reasonable too. If I'm ever visit St.Sebastian again, I am going back! And leave...
