This was our favorite coffee and breakfast spot in San Sebastian! The owner, Alexis, is a true coffee connoisseur who not only takes his craft seriously but also creates the friendliest of environments. Each of his staff members were also welcoming and kind, which is remarkable given how busy they are. We think Alexis makes the best coffee (especially cold brew!) in town, but the breakfasts here are also incredible. In this picture, we got the french toast, the egg sandwich with fried bacon (so good!), the egg and trout sandwich, and a flaky pastry with a poached egg under some greens. Once we discovered this coffee shop, our family went nearly every day. Highly recommend!

Australian here 🇦🇺 – and wow, there’s a reason these guys only have 5 stars! As a self-confessed coffee snob, I can honestly say the latte here was spot on. Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. But the real knockout was the food – we tried the Benedict and the granola–yoghurt–chia bowl, and both were bursting with flavour. Hands down, it’s one of the tastiest breakfasts I’ve had while travelling across Europe! The place is run by three lovely Peruvians 🇵🇪 who bring so much warmth and charm to the experience. This café is a gem, and I have no doubt it’s going to go far. A must-visit!

If you’re serious about food and coffee, this place is a must. The food is excellent, the trout brioche is simply spectacular and everything is made with a focus on healthy, clean flavors that actually taste amazing. The coffee program is on another level, carefully curated by the owner himself, while the kitchen is led by his wife which makes the whole experience feel personal and authentic. They are true experts in specialty coffee and teas as well. 100% recommended.

I regret coming here – because no other sandwich will ever live up to it. Every time I have one somewhere else, I’ll just be thinking: ‘Yeah, it’s good… but that one time in San Sebastián..?’

And it’s not just the food (which is absolutely incredible) – it’s the people. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome – nothing like those places where they barely look at you.

We even brought our dog Alfredo, and he was treated like a little VIP. Thank you so much for that kindness!

A heartfelt 10/10 – for the food, the people, and the whole experience. We’ll definitely be back. (We kind of have to… if we ever want to have a good...
