Basque — Restaurant in San Sebastián

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. We ordered the paella, it was disgusting…so we left 3/4 of it! My friend didn’t want me to complain so I didn’t and he paid for it. We were told by the waitress who was pretty clueless the whole time that it was €24, when he paid he told me after that it was €24 per person. After eating some of the greatest food ever for 3 days, this was a massively disappointing way to end the long weekend! This place is a tourist trap with the worst food in San Sebastián! Do not ever ever go here! I even said to my friend that we will be sick if we continue eating this paella. We stopped eating it obviously and upon both of us returning to our prospective homes, we both had food poisoning. This place should be closed down! The owners will say this is a fake review and will defend the cost. There is no way in hell the seafood is fresh. This is a cheap and nasty restaurant in a city with a thousand better places. We spent good money in pintxo bars all over San Sebastián and spent €260 for dinner at Casa Camara a proper seafood restaurant! I will be complaining to the mayor of San Sebastián and ensure this place is closed...

Bar cutre que te cobra por una botella de agua pequeña 2'75€ " DE PLASTICOOOO Como la que te venden en cualquier kiosco " , LA PEDIMOS EN BARRA Y NO LAS LLEVAMOS Para continuar en un free tours pues nos estaban esperando, NO NOS SENTAMOS EN NINGUNA PECERA( que no es más que una terraza cerrada 😂) así que no justifique más lo injustificable listoooo!! COMIDA ⭐ ( NO COMÍ Y NO COMERE JAMÁS..PINCHOS FUERA DE VITRINA CON MOSCAS PICOTEANDOLAS) SERCICIO ⭐ (TE ROBA EN TU CARA Y SE QUEDAN TAN PANCHOS...) AMBIENTE ⭐ ( ESTABA VACÍO) . DOS botellines 5'50€ , me pareció no cutre el bar, que también, atraco cutre al turista, que no somos tontos..., así que si no te gusta la reseña baja los humos y cobra un precio para ganar, pero no para robar...., tengo para pagarlo de sobra espabilado, no bases tú contestación en qué pongo la reseña por qué no tengo 2 euros, tengo dos euros y tiempo para escribir la reseña que os merecéis, y en vez de desprestigiar ( aunque ya has rectificado algunos adjetivos calificativos, para bien queda...) podrias decir que ha sido el bar de al lado como haces en otras reseñas negativas. Aguanta ahora el peso de la reseña , por qué no es un estrella Michelin para cobrar una gua embotellada de plástico basica " para llevar...", qué te cuesta 30 céntimos lo mucho, asi que sigue así, por qué claro como es en la playa de la concha ...pues a cobrar bien a los turistas tontos.... Que si, que tenéis la clase muy baja como bar ( calificativo que borraste de mi... como cliente ...) y no estáis a la altura del turismo de calidad, al cual se queda agusto pagando cuando hay que pagarlo y lo vale, y lo que no le gusta es que le roben con tanta poca vergüenza y con tan poca clase 😉. No justifiques más la poca clase y el robo, así os irá....3.8 en puntuación aquí, y 3 en TripAdvisor....con vuestra pecera llena de...

Horrible horrible horrible. The waiter made me wait over 15 minutes for my food, just to find out they don’t have what I want. After that the waitress had the nerve to pre order something for me which I didn’t like/want. And to sum that up. I still had to pay for something I didn’t eat. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes or so to get my plate that I originally ordered. Not only that. The waiter also confused our order multiple times. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody if it’s ur first time here. It’ll be a big pass for me and I’m happily never coming...
