It’s a clear no from my side! Bad food, bad service, dirty dishes!

The ordering system was incredibly rigid - only able to do it via QR code and the staff wouldn’t take our orders even though the payment options on their website didn’t work. You would expect that they have an alternative if things don’t work out but no, we ended up not ordering more which was actually a blessing in disguise.

The food was partly not cooked through, the “second best burger in the Basque Country” was one of the worst I have ever tasted. I don’t know why they got so many good reviews on Google because the quality of their food did not keep their promise at all.

Additionally, when we ordered wine, we got dirty glasses!! They were so dirty, there were more white spots than glass…

The service was also incredibly slow. One bottle of water took forever to get to us, we basically only got it at the very end of our visit. PLUS, I know there is a siesta going on in Spain but they literally kicked us out even though we were about to finish. I’ve never experienced such mistreatment from a restaurant. It was truly shocking as it’s more common that the restaurant would wait until the last customer is done?

Will definitely never...

Bad food, bad service, dirty glasses - not again

The experience overall was unfortunately extremely disappointing - one of the worst burgers i ever had.

First, ordering: you can only order via your phone, which is not great for atmosphere and is frustrating e.g. when you only want another drink.

The food: I had the Burguessia burger. It was extremely greasy and honestly tasted terrible. The bacon was cold and tasted like it was prepared 2 days in advance and left out to dry and just slapped onto the burger without even attempting to reheat it. The cheese tasted like plastic, the sauces slightly rancid. Some of the fries were not fully cooked. I only ate half the burger even though i was very hungry. It was honestly one of the worst burgers i ever had.

Sitio para no volver. Llegamos sobre las 21:30 a este local con la intención de cenar. Lo primero que pudimos observar fue, ver qué gente que llegó después de nosotros sin reserva de ningún tipo, solo por qué eran amigos del chico joven que estaba en la barra que debe ser el hijo del dueño, pasaban por delante nuestra. Cuando pedimos explicaciones a una de las camareras..nos señaló al hijo del jefe con la mirada haciendo un encogimiento de hombros... Finalmente tras 30 minutos de espera, nos sientan en la mesa... Decidimos que vamos a comer y nos atiende la que creo que es la novia o mujer del hijo con cara de pocos amigos ( supongo que por la carga de trabajo) y finalmente viene el padre a explicarnos sobre las carnes de las hamburguesas y procesos de maduración..etc.. Total que finalmente pedimos una hamburguesa , Euskadi Tropikal y una Cow-extreme... La verdad es que decepcionante....la carne de la Euskadi Tropikal una vergüenza... Tanta explicación y parafernalia, para encontrarme con una carne pésima...Suelas de zapatos usadas tienen más sabor que la carne de esa hamburguesa...y la Cow-Extreme seca a más no poder...ya ni me pongo hablar de guarniciones... La atención de las camareras fue buena... La comida igual a la de un buffet de 5 € y la prepotencia y atención de la familia que lo regenta fue espectacular...(Haciendo referencia en este caso, sobre todo al hijo, que está en barra) Total, un show que no repetiremos... McDonald's o burguer King a su lado les pegan mil vueltas.. Por lo menos estos últimos te atienden con una sonrisa...mientras que estos parece que te están haciendo un favor... Estos dueños en su día lo intentaron con el restaurante El Capricho...les fue mal por qué la comida era mediocre ... Ahora están intentando subirse al carro de las Smash burguérs ..etc... Y van por el mismo camino y con mismo...
