I've lost track of the months I've spent in Ibiza over the last decade and without a doubt, Jungle Bistro delivered the best meal I've had on the island. Just a 5 minute walk from the fountains to this side street bistro with chilled vibes and mellow music ... a taste explosion awaits you!
I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but opted for the Beetroot Carpaccio with pine nuts, sprouts and fresh goat's cheese, with a cheeky side of Sweet Potato Fries & Spicy Mayo. The variety of flavours that were packed into the carpaccio was amazing, and the presentation, beautiful. The SPFs were perfectly cooked.

It's only just out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main high street next to a picturesque old wall. It's perfect to escape from the noise and carnage.
We were very warmly welcomed. And given explanations of the menu.
The menu looks simplistic but that is a good thing because the food is excellent and eliminates the common difficulty in choosing what's best on the menu. Very hearty and tasty. The pulled chicken and cheese croquettes were amazing!
