WARNING!!! WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT EAT HERE FOR DINNER Very very bad service, average sushi and we were overcharged!! We Arrived as a party of 5 for dinner around 7pm and it was very quiet and we were seated quickly. We ordered drinks and the young male waiter who took our order, took an unusually long time to bring them out. We ordered 2 salmon rolls of 8, two spicy tuna rolls and a poke bowl with the same guy who repeated our order back to us to ensure it was correct. After waiting an HOUR we received the salmon rolls and waited another 20 minutes for the rest of the food before we asked the staff where the rest of our order was. There were 3 chefs in the kitchen and two waitstaff and given that we were the only other table in the restaurant and the table next to us had already received their order it made no sense!! We decided to cancel the rest of the order when he returned to make us look stupid questioning whether we had even ordered the rest of the items!? They blamed it on a ‘system error’ but it means we were still charged despite not receiving 70% of our order. Upon paying we requested he amend the price slightly given we waited an hour and a half and they had forgotten majority of our order. The waiter was rude, he made a big sigh before taking off a mere 10%. When we left we double checked the docket and realised he had got the order docket wrong also and had overcharged us by €17.50 for an extra sushi rolls we did not even order. Kalika is a great place for some sushi and cocktails if you’re in Playa D’en Bossa. It’s a little pricey but the quality of the food is really high. The yakisoba portion was a little small for our liking and there wasn’t a lot of variety in the sushi tasting plate (all 16 had salmon, cream cheese and avocado fillings) which was a little disappointing.
