Burger King — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

No repetiré. Hemos pedido un menú long Chiken vegetal, un menú wopper y un helado. Cuando entregan el pedido vemos que el menú vegetariano viene en un envoltorio normal, cuando normalmente este viene en un papel verde e indica que es vegetariano. Se lo comentamos a la chica de buenas formas, y nos contesta de forma muy prepotente y sobrevia " es vegetal y esta bien ", le explicamos nuestras dudas ya que no es nuestra primera compra del menú en la cadena Bk, y nos contesta en el mismo tono que se les había acabado el papel verde ( creo que si cuando se entrega el pedido se comenta habría bastado y no habria generado dudas) posteriormente al sacar el pedido del wopper vemos que nos han puesto un wopper vegetariano, lo que da a pensar que puede haberse producido un equivocó entre los menús. Nos volvemos a acercar al mostrador y nos recibe la misma chica con un "y ahora que te pasa" ( el trato ha sido vergonzoso), le decimos que hemos detectado que en el menú wopper había un error, y nos ha pedido el ticket para comprobarlo, no ha llegado ni a devolvernos el ticket y cambiando de muy malas formas la hamburguesa vegetal por una normal.... sin tsn siquiera una disculpa. He ido muchas veces a otros establecimientos de burger King y nunca me habíamos recibido un trato similar al de este establecimiento, entiendo que pueda haber errores en un pedido ( en nuestro caso tampoco habían incluido el helado), pero lo que no veo comprensible es el trato y las formas, sin ningun tipo de disculpa y contestando mal, máxime cuando se han cometido diversos errores en el pedido y se ha comentado el problema por parte del cliente amablemente. Finalmente, a pesar de no habernos dado el ticket nos ha puesto el helado una chica muy agradable, por lo que entiendo que esto no es extensible a todos los empleados.

I will not repeat. We have ordered a long chicken vegetable menu, a wopper menu and an ice cream. When they deliver the order we see that the vegetarian menu comes in a normal wrapper, when normally it comes in a green paper and indicates that it is vegetarian. We told the girl in a good manner, and she answered us in a very arrogant way and said "it's vegetable and it's fine", we explained our doubts since it is not our first purchase from the menu at the Bk chain, and she answered us in the same tone that they had run out of green paper (I think that if when the order was delivered it was commented on it would have been enough and it would not have generated doubts) later when we take the order out of the wopper we see that they have put a vegetarian wopper on us, which makes us think that there may have been a mistake between the menus. We approach the counter again and the same girl greets us with a "and now what's wrong with you" (the treatment has been embarrassing), we tell her that we have detected that there was an error in the wopper menu, and she has asked us for the ticket for check it, he has not even returned the ticket and very badly changing the vegetable burger for a normal one.... without even an apology. I have been many times to other Burger King establishments and we have never received treatment similar to that of this establishment, I understand that there may be errors in an order (in our case they had not included ice cream either), but what I do not understand is the treatment and forms, without any kind of apology and answering badly, especially when various errors have been made in the order and the problem has been kindly commented on by the client. Finally, despite not having given us the ticket, a very nice girl gave us ice cream, so I understand that this is not extended to...

Awful experience. We arrived at 00:10 starving and rushing to arrive just because on the google maps it was saying that is closing at 00:30. We arrived there, there is 2 people still thinking what they want to order. We were trying to order and a very rude girl working there started to shout to us: Is closed already!!! And I say sorry but on google it says is opened. And she started to shout well they changed already. ( We are living here and we never saw it closed before 00:30 to be honest. ) We left from inside but the other couple was still there thinking what to order. The staff in this restaurant are horrible got my order wrong when I asked about it I got told its not my problem clearly it was your problem if the order was wrong then put my kids cup for juice inside my cup me not relizing there was a cup inside mine till i drank my juice but even that was a problem asking for a cup for my wee girl and shes like need to charge me for a cup i already payed for 🤣 wow just wow don't no if its cause we are scottish defo had that feeling no help what so ever we left our meals and ice cream we payed for but the service was a joke defo won't be back the staff...
