MOAI Beach Bar — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

My wife and i were going to get a snack / lunch but decided against. We were drawn to this beach bar due to the free drink offer following the hire of some beach sunbeds. Anyway, we went to get the drinks and the staff seemed OK...nothing special but then it was just drinks and they were busy. The music was a bit loud and thumping.....OK for the bar staff im sure but didn't help the relaxation on the nearby beach area. Back to the food....so my wife went to use the restrooms and had to wait. One of the waitresses came out of the cubicle and left without washing her hands. We decided at this point we didn't want food from here.

People in the food business should be the ambassadors of hygiene. A shameful display and in front of customers too. Awful. If I was managing the bar and saw that, I'd be looking for a new waitress ASAP. There are lots of other food options a...

The staff could be a lot more friendly. But they are the main bar on the beach thus they get the clients. Totally in flexible, and if you hire the sunbed, with Service on the beach, you get two drinks, free, but only limited choice. At a cost of €36 for two sunbed and an umbrella, plus the two drinks, it’s a rip off. The sun with changed the umbrella, which means you’re unable to move them into the shade of the umbrella. We just passed the purpose of the hire. You need in addition to the umbrellas to get the shade you want. Of course you have the choice of laying on the beach just on your towel. So if you go to the bar waiter and especially the woman behind, the bar, aren’t really friendly at all. Which...

Very disappointing experience. My family and I visited here for lunch due to the great beachfront location however left regretting our choice. The bald waiter was awful, very rude, didn’t look at us to order our food after waiting 15 minutes. Then he brought the wrong drink which I politely asked for the one I ordered, he brought the correct one back a few minutes later without saying a word and slammed it on the table. Food was ok but very overpriced for what it was, despite the good location. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning, all staff looked like they didn’t want...
