Restaurant Pizzeria Sa Coma — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

The worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. Food was not tasty, pasta over cooked and seafood without a taste and not fresh. I started eating my pasta when I noticed a little dark hair on my plate. I returned the food back to the kitchen, the waiter didn’t even apologize and just left. When the manager came he also didn’t apologize and just said that he’ll bring a new one. I had to wait for my food when my partner was already finishing his plate, his food wasn’t better. When we were about to pay we asked the manager/owner to give us a discount because this is a really bad service especially after we found a hair in our food! What we heard from him was unbelievable “ She got a new plate with new food and we have no one with blonde hair in the kitchen so you have to pay this” basically saying that I put my own hair in the plate to get a discount. Fortunately I took a picture of the plate before eating it not noticing yet that it has a hair inside. You can clearly see the hair and that it’s definitely not blonde. Do not go to this...

View great. Food ok and the huge glass of Sangria is great. That’s it for the positives. The service is absolutely shocking. No ones rude when you finally get someone’s attention, they just ignore you, even when the place gets quieter late afternoon. I tried for 30 mins to pay. Had to go up to bar to pay in the end.For a resort which such a heavy concentration of English and Germans, both nationalities struggled with ordering as the staff only spoke Spanish. Fair enough if this was a restaurant for locals but it’s slap bang in the tourist heartland on the seafront so I would have thought both locals and tourists would be accommodated as it’s a large premise with the hiring of staff you can engage in English and Spanish as most Germans I spoke to could speak English as a 2nd language. We went here for dinner on our last night in sa coma. There were 6 of us,(3 couples). Ordered our food which came promptly but was only average. I had a burger but i have had better in mcdonalds to be honest. When it came to paying the bill we asked if we could pay seperately. This is when it all kicked off. The blonde guy got very aggressive and started shouting at my husband that we should have said that when we ordered. We said we were not told this. He stated that he didnt have to tell us. His house his rules and that we are not allowed back to the restaraunt ever again. We wouldnt go back anyway so thats not a problem.
