The food has a nice appearance, but unfortunately, there’s clear false labeling intended to make it seem more luxurious than it actually is. The fact that this hasn’t been mentioned in other reviews gives me the impression that the restaurant targets an audience that likely won’t question or challenge what they’re served. Take the Wagyu, for instance it’s outright fraud. What they offer is not Wagyu by any stretch of the imagination. The fish dish also listed ingredients like pine nuts and raisins on the menu, which were completely missing. In reality, it was just fish on a bed of salad with some sauce yet sold at premium prices. So if you are a customer used eating premium you can skip this restaurant. The service was good though. Update: Thank you for your response, @Es Molí. I’ve taken a closer look at the farm where the beef is sourced, and it does appear to be legitimate. While the meat I was served didn’t resemble the Wagyu I’ve experienced in Japan in terms of texture and marbling, I want to acknowledge your feedback and revise my initial statement of fraud. Absolutely wonderful! My recent dining experience at Es Moli was nothing short of spectacular. We opted for the tasting premium menu, and it did not disappoint in the slightest! What an incredible dining experience! Es Molí d'en Bou is right on the beach in Sa Coma with stunning views across the bay. The setting is absolutely magical - white linens, candlelit tables on the sand, and the sound of gentle waves lapping the shore. Their seafood is phenomenal - I had the red prawns from Sóller which were sweet and perfectly grilled, followed by their signature sea bass baked in salt crust. The wine list features excellent local Mallorcan wines that paired beautifully with the seafood.
