The Jungle — Restaurant in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar

We went here because of the great reviews. The tapas were all deep fried and super oily as if they didn't wait for the oil to be hot enough. I had to squeeze the oil out on a napkin. Patatas bravas were frozen potato wedges with sauce (6 euro), croquettes also didn't seem home made. Drinks were OK but I wouldn't go there again. The guy serving is lovely / service is great but that doesn't make up for the quality of food. Unfortunately they only had the oily tapas that day so can't really tell if their paella or other dishes seen in other reviews are good 😕. Also beware that they seem to be closed at random days /opening days don't seem to be match...

We found this little gem by searching for tapas restaurants in Sa Coma and man it did not disappoint! The owner took us in for a warm and cozy treat. The service was so amazingly good and sincere it really felt warm and 'house' like. The food was amazing and it was all done by the owner himself. Ugh, where to even start! I was walking around the area when the owner of this chic little place greeted me and explained the menu. I returned the next day to another warm welcome and an insanely good selection of tapas. We had patatas bravas, peppers, crispy chicken, wings, Spanish tortilla and croquettes. All outstanding and a proper representation of Spanish cuisine. Cocktails were generous and beautiful. And again, I cannot fault the owners service and attention. Highly recommend this spot...
