SEU Pizza @STEPS — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

We visited SEU Pizza because we had previously been to their location in Rome nearly two years ago, which was ranked in the top 50 pizzas. Back then, the pizza was absolutely amazing – incredible flavors and creative combinations. That experience led us to visit this location in Ibiza, hoping to relive that taste. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed.

While this is technically Neapolitan-style pizza, it doesn’t come close to the standards of a top 50 pizza in the world. The pizza was served lukewarm, and the menu offers only six options – all based on tomato sauce.

They also don’t always have all ingredients available. For example, we wanted to try pasta, but they were out of pesto, so we couldn’t order it. The pasta of the day was als not available.

The place itself is nice, elegant, and clean, but the pizza left a lot to be desired. Additionally, we ordered a non-alcoholic Aperol-based drink – it was very bitter, and the Peroni beer was served in a Heineken glass.

Prices are way too high, even by Ibiza standards. A non-alcoholic drink costs €12, while the alcoholic version is €16 – not far off from places like Ushuaïa, where drinks are €22. The cheapest pizza is €17, and the rest are around €22.

We definitely won’t be...

The place is smart and done very well but the food is lacking. We had the caprese salad to start and the cheese didn’t really taste the best quality and it was smothered in some sauce which didn’t need to be there. There was hardly any tomatoes to go with it. It was okay but I’ve had a lot better for half the price (it was €16) elsewhere in ibiza.

For the main I had the chicken and potatoes which was literally 5 baby potatoes and a tiny chicken leg again smothered in sauce which was over powering with garlic. This main was €28 which is an absolute joke for what came out.

The staff were great and the place looks nice but did leave feeling unsatisfied for...

We arrived later in the evening for dinner after passing this place a few times. There is an exceptionally relaxed vibe with a fantastic view. The service was amazing our waitress was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. We had our pizzas in no time and they were amazing. I chose the100% tomato vegetarian option and it was an explosion of flavour. The most beautiful and tasty pizzas we have ever had. My husband had the buffalo cheese and ham pizza again this was amazing. Although I do think the tomato pizza was beyond amazing it was a taste sensation. Fantastic food, fantastic service we will be back...
