I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as positive as I had hoped.

Firstly, it took about 20 minutes for the server to attend to us, and in the meantime, we had to pick up the menus ourselves to order.

Then, after placing our order, we waited over an hour for our food, only to be informed that there had been a mix-up. Despite this, we received the wrong dishes after waiting for such a long time.

Additionally, the service was extremely rude. I’ve never experienced such unfriendliness and inattentiveness.
