My family and I arrived early and asked for table five. We were seated, but then left waiting for almost half an hour. Despite several attempts to get the staff’s attention, we were repeatedly waved off when trying to order food or drinks.

When someone finally came to take our order, though it was clear she had no interest in helping us, we were told in no uncertain terms that either everyone had to choose a set menu, or no one could. We asked if we could simply have two separate bills instead, but were told that would only be possible if we sat at two different tables. At that point we said we would just leave.

She then became upset with us, blaming us for having “the wrong menu”, the one her colleague had actually given us. When we again said we would go, she suddenly came back and said, “Oh, actually, it is allowed after all.”

The service was extremely poor from start to finish. We didn’t even get the chance to try the food, and based on the experience, I definitely would not recommend...

Stay away from this place. I came here to eat and relax and paid a bit more for the lunch menu as it is usually 7 euros cheaper all over Santander.

After I ate all I was asked my telephone number for COVID reasons, when at the moment there is no such a rule in Spain.

If such a rule is in place for this specific place as it is not currently a rule in the country it should be asked before having the meal and not after serving all the food.

They ruined all the culinary experience and stressed me out at the very end. I should be given the choice if I want to reveal my personal.data before eating in a place. And not asked at the end.

You do not want to have this level of stress at the end of your meal mostly when it is expensive.

If there is information they need from you you should be asked before having the meal and given the choice what to do.

But of course the place was empty so they only care about your money and not giving any kind of customer...

Por dónde empezar. Es un sitio que está en una localización perfecta y se aprovechan de poner unos precios disparatados para la mala calidad que ofrecen sus productos. Qué decepción. Creo que las fotos que voy a añadir, hablan por sí solas pero aún así voy a comentarlo. Fuimos 13 personas a comer y de entrante ya empezó la cosa mal con un jamón supuestamente de bellota que no estaba nada tierno ni jugoso, además de insípido para lo que esperas de esta calidad. Recomiendo el Navidul del chino que con aceite tiene más sabor y es más barato que éste. Los menús no bajaban de los 29€ y ni incluían bebida. Mi pareja y yo pedimos dos entrantes por los que pagamos un total con la bebida de 20€ por persona. Pero es que esos precios por un Calamar rosado que parecía yo el primer día de playa presentado con ketchup 🤢 y un alioli con un color de llevar preparado un tiempo que... en fin. Mi pareja y yo pedimos para compartir rabas (que son típicas de la zona) y son las peores que he comido en mi vida, y anda que no he probado.. además de un cocido montañés (también típico de la zona) que parecía potaje y yo apenas comí porque no sabía a nada. Dentro de los que se pidieron menú, unas 4 zamburiñas por plato congeladas (estando en Santander) y un 4 trozos mal partidos de carne con mostaza y piña, así como de un guiso de solo patatas😂😂😂😂 La próxima vez me voy al Burger King que al menos la calidad del precio va proporcionado a la comida. Esto sumado a que el menú la única bebida que incluía era un vino blanco sin dulzura ni acidez, como beber agua. El vino de tetrabrick está más rico y sabroso al menos. Por último y ya para rematar, la atención y el servicio tan pésimos que estando ya solos en el restaurante y habiendo pedido cafés, decidimos pedir cuenta y pagar sin tomárnoslo porque tardaban más de media hora en servirnos. Camareros bordes y a los que le da igual el cliente. ¿Mi consejo? Si no te gusta el trato cara al público, te buscas otro trabajo porque nadie tiene que aguantar tu amargura. Espabilad. Todos eso sí menos Rocío que debería ser gerente directamente de ese restaurante porque fue la única que ofreció un buen servicio y preguntó la experiencia preocupándose por los clientes.
