Los cócteles eran buenísimos. Mi esposo tomaba el mojito especial del restaurante y bebí una copa de sangria deliciosa.🍷 Comimos las croquetas, las alcachofas, y pedimos las hamburguesas mini para mi hija. Las pedimos con queso cheddar y eran buenísimas. Las hamburguesas vinieron con croquetas y patatas fritas. Todo era muy rico. Las raciones eran generosas. The cocktails here were awesome. My husband had the restaurant’s signature mojito and I had a cup of sangria which was delicious. We ate the oxtail croquettes, the grilled artichokes, and we ordered the mini hamburgers for our daughter; we asked to add cheddar to those and it was no problem. Those mini burgers were sensational. They came with croquetas and the best French fries we’ve had in Europe. Everything was great. All the portions were generous. Our server Oscar was very friendly, professional and so accommodating. We had a disappointing evening at this restaurant. Despite the ambience and (maybe too) quick service, the croquettes were cold inside and the tomato salad contained rotten grapes, wich made our health concerns increase and appetite decrease, so we returned all dishes. Communication was difficult as the staff only spoke Spanish (surpricing in a hotel restaurant), but the manager was very accommodating and generously offered to waive the entire bill, including the wine. We stayed for coffee and drinks, only to discover the true extent of the rip-off when paying that part. My advise: book El Serbal if You are dining in this area or grab a taxi to the city center. I didn’t eat here, so I can’t comment on the food. I was booked in whilst here on vacation for a later date but I won’t be attending. The service was poor & the staff were rude. We only called in to get a drink. This was whilst food wasn’t being served, it was very quiet. I walked inside and was ignored. I asked a member of staff they were open & he said yes, the walked away. The man behind the bar saw that I was stood there, alone. He then went over to a table to take their order & then served another man before me. €6 for a pint which wasn’t the best. Half of it was froth. I nearly asked for a flake in it.
