Eat fast and get out.
That was the general feeling of our experience here.
We had a reservation for 1:30pm, arrived 5 minutes early, and the place was closed. We still walked in because it was raining outside, and the waiter let us know un politely they were still closed. I asked if he expected us to wait in the rain to which he just ignored us and carried on.
We eventually got sited and immediately someone came to take our order, for which we were not ready (they have a huge menu). We then ordered drinks and some sashimi to start, which was just ok. Then we ordered a couple of rolls, and the waiter told us if we wanted anything else, we said yes, after the rolls, and he then mentioned we had till 3pm to eat and leave. This shocked us, if we had known from the start we would have not even chosen this place, who likes to be rushed while they eat especially in the middle of a meal. From here on out, we felt rushed and the waiters kept reminding us we had to be out by 3. This meant we just gobbled our food, which was just ok, and simply paid and left, while ordering much less then we would have if we had been given time to enjoy So the experience was 4 sushi rolls that were more filling and mayo than fish, 2 tiny sashimi portions, one beer (I ordered a second one but never got it) and one glass of wine for 80 euros, all the while being reminded we had to hurry up and leave by waiters who seemed to be upset to be working.
Well, the good thing with bad experiences is that you now know where you will never be setting a...

We had several dishes which were prepared perfectly accompanied by some fantastic craft beers.
Unfortunately, we received a sushi plater with undercooked rice. My brother had a piece which was inedible. I could tell from the colour it was undercooked (translucent rather than white).
We explained that the rice was not fully cooked to the friendly waiter who spoke English (our Spanish is terrible otherwise this might have been delt with better). He asked if we would like the sushi to be replaced. Unfortunately we couldn't understand if fresh rice would be prepared or if he was suggesting using more rice from the same batch.
In the end we gave up, picked off the fish and left the rice. We were charged in full.
This could have been a great experience and so it's disappointing to leave a negative review. A sushi restaurant should however be able to cook rice.
