Petita Grill House & Chiringuito — Restaurant in Santanyí

Greeted warmly when we arrived and shown our table. We were handed the menus and drinks menu. We were then asked for drinks order, but we weren't ready as they only just sat down. Ordered drinks and watched as the restaurant filled to about 1/4 full. Ordered for my son burger at an extortionate rate (€19+) then had to pay for fries as a separate! Same for mine and my wifes steak and chips and veg.

All separate costs. The steak came, and we had to cook it to our liking. I like mine rare, and it looked good except they had put so much sea salt on it thats all i could taste. Wife used the stone to get hers medium, and even that didn't kill off the sea salt.

My sone who at 14 eats anything didnt finish the burger due to the fat on the bacon being so thick and with the cheese condensed into a not nice mess.We ordered another coke zero for my son and a sprite appeared.

So we sent it back and it was replaced. We then sat for twenty minutes, thinking we would try a sweet, but we were ignored at which point we had enough, and i had to wave my hand to get the attention of a waiter to get the bill.

Funny enough, that turned up very fast. Dont believe the reviews this place is overpriced and underwhelming. Drinks - 2 alcoholic and rest non alcohol + 3 average mains over €130

We ate here as a family of 4, moved from our original table to a table nearer the steak grill. Drinks order taking quickly, but near 40 mins to order our food and another 30 mins for 1st order of food to arrive, my daughter food came out 1st but was wrong, my sons came out next burger was nice but chips were cold, my partners food came out next no chicken could be found in a chicken teriyaki dish. My dish arrived after my family had finished their food. My sons chips had to be returned as cold and my daughters chips never arrived, when we asked for the bill there was an extra 3 chips added to the order which was rectified when mentioned. One waiter run off his feet so not his fault, but the lady who was front of house and the other staff were no use at all, they didn't have a clue what was going on.
