Super salty food , some of the items in the menu don’t look as advertised (baby squids, looked very much like a grown up and marinated ;) friendly staff except one bitter blond 50+ lady who was extremely unpleasant using the frases like “maybe for you is salty, but for US is normal”. Whoever she is referring to “US”, as a person worked in customer service and traveling around the world in daily basis - the food was “internationally too salty” and we were just asking if the second dish can be less. I’m a salt lover and I very much like salt - meaning if it was salty for me and give that dish to my children they would most likely have kidney failure !!!! During our holiday to Cala d’or I booked this restaurant to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and it did not disappoint :) we sat out on the terrace with a beautiful view of the marina at night, the staff were very attentive and polite and the food was beyond expectations and some of the best we’ve had, the price was very very reasonable for the standard. I don’t personally like seafood but my partner ordered the squid to start and I tried some, I can honestly say I would go back to Cala d’or just to eat here again and try that starter myself! Wir waren auf Empfehlung in diesem Restaurant zum Abendessen. Die Dachterrasse mit Sicht auf den Hafen war schön. Wir bestellten drei mal die Karotten Ingwer Suppe als Vorspeise, welche gut geschmeckt hat. Als Hauptspeise bestellten wir vier mal das Rinderfilet (Medium und für meine Schwester Medium-Well) für jeweils 32€. Schon als das Rinderfilet kam, hat man gesehen, dass das Filet bleu serviert wurde. Daraufhin ließen wir das Rinderfilet zurückgeben mit der bitte das es in Medium und Medium-Well bestellt wurde. Als wir das Rinderfilet bekamen und probierten, schmeckte es sowohl geschmacklos und als ob das Rind nicht mehr gut war. Meine Schwester hat das Rinderfilet in Medium erhalten (was nicht gewünscht war). Bei Nachfrage und dem Versuch das Problem zu schildern, kam nur eine arrogante und plumpe Antwort "Das ist halt Rinderfilet vom Jungbullen, dass ist halt so". Nach längerem Hin und Her wurde dann nur einer Person das Entrecote als Alternative angeboten. Zur Info: Das Entrecote war definitiv kein Entrecote, hat aber wenigstens nicht alt und geschmacklos geschmeckt. Eine Entschuldigung kam dem Service/Restaurant auch nicht über die Lippen, noch konnte man hier auf Verständnis treffen. Auch als meine Schwester angemerkt hat, dass Sie das Rind in Medium-Well bestellt hat, weil Sie schwanger ist, kam die Antwort "Das ist halt Medium". In diesem Restaurant merkt man, dass kein Wert auf den Kunden gelegt wird und man einfach als Tourist der kommt und geht abgearbeitet wird. Der Service der Bedienungen in diesem Restaurant ist ebenfalls fragwürdig. Dies reichte von Lustlosigkeit, rollenden Augen, plump das Essen fast schon "hinzuschmeißen" bis hin zur Unaufmerksamkeit. Wir haben eine Flasche Rose Wein bestellt und es wird hier einem nicht der Wein nachgeschenkt, geschweige denn gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, ob das Essen schmeckt o.ä.
