Bo&Go Specialty Coffee — Restaurant in Santiago de Compostela

I understand that it is called Bo&Go, it is really a place to get coffee and leave as soon as possible.

I had a Latte with Oat Milk, but it was mainly an espresso with too much water and a glimpse of Oat Milk. I also had the eggs Benedict here, but it was 1 hard-boiled egg on a bun with a cheese sauce, not real holandaise. You can taste that it is not freshly prepared. Very disappointing, the photos really give you different expectations.

The service was sufficient, but both staff members did not seem to be very enthusiastic. They spoke English, fortunately. But did not enjoy their work at all.

the place itself is super clean, it looks well maintained. it is nice open and light. the toilet is bizarrely large and is very luxurious.

Too bad though, but I cannot...

I hate places that are good one day and bad the next. Yesterday, great fresh vegan brownie and vegan milk coffee. Today, I ordered the same and the brownie was old and dry and the coffee so bitter I couldn't drink it - - and I normally drink espresso and coffee black, without any milk or sugar. Sth wasn't right at all. And like other reviews said, girl serving pets (touches) a customer dog running lose in the place, then goes on serving. Juice was served yesterday so that it was completely wet from. juice underneath the glass and spilled...

Acudo al local a desayunar al menos una vez por semana y he de decir que la experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria. El café es bueno, la comida también y el ambiente es tranquilo.

También he de decir que en casi todas las ocasiones he coincidido con otras personas que traen perros consigo. Estos siempre han estado atados (sus dueños atentos) y, en general, ni te enteras de su presencia.

Hasta ayer.

Ayer por la tarde nos acabábamos de sentar y mientras ojeaba la carta, una pareja entró con un perro, suelto. El perro iba de un lugar a otro, oliendo a personas, etc. También se llegó meter tras la barra, donde se preparan alimentos y bebidas, ante la pasividad de la encargada. De hecho, esta se reía (parece que los dueños del perro y ella se conocían).

Desconozco si existe un reglamento que indique si un perro puede estar suelto en un local donde se preparan alimentos, pero aun si está autorizado, ¿tiene sentido? En serio, más allá de que existan personas que no les agrade que un animal se acerque a olerlas mientras comen, ¿qué pinta un perro suelto de aquí para allá en un restaurante?

Entiendo a quien quiera compartir todo el tiempo posible con su perro. A mí también me encantan los animales. Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta a todas las personas y, sobre todo, la higiene. Cualquiera que conviva con animales sabe de lo que hablo.

Sobra decir que nos levantamos del asiento y nos fuimos. De ahí mi puntuación.
