ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. came to this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with the curry. Later on, my brother picked something out with his fork and on closer inspection it was a bug. With some research it appears to be a stink bug, common in Tenerife. We addressed it to the staff and he said firstly that it was a “fly” where it very clearly isn’t and then changed his mind and said it was our fault and we brought the bug into the restaurant and put it there ourselves. All we wanted was the children’s meal to be removed from the bill, since everybody else was then put off their food and it was spoilt. We had heard good gossip about this restaurant and various people had recommended it. We went on Monday evening and so it was fairly quiet however I'd like to think that it meant the waiters could pay us more attention! The service was first rate, not pushy, and respectful. My wife and I both had lamb dishes and both were very tender and flavourful. Having a build-your-own curry section of the menu is also a welcome idea. On holiday in Puerto Santiago and ate in this restaurant this evening, food was fantastic, reasonably priced and the service was excellent. Great selection of starters & mains on the menu. All sauces have a description and list of ingredients shown on the menu, they also advise if the sauce is mild, medium, hot etc. As a lone diner I did not feel out of place and the waiter was very attentive. Music was playing in the background which added to the atmosphere. I will definitely eat here again before I return home next week. My total bill was 24€ for a starter, main, soft drink & large...
