Pizzería Cafeterìa El Paseo — Restaurant in Santiago del Teide

My partner and I love this place. We’ve been coming to Tenerife the last few years, so have tried a number of the restaurants. We’re in our early 40s, and this lovely little refuge has become somewhere that marks our arrival on our first night, and often don’t want to go home without a second evening there before we go home. Don’t let the simple exterior fool you - the food is excellent. Home made Italian food made by the Italian family who run it. Simple, honest, delicious, and change from €30 for 2 people. There’s a buzz from the locals around the restaurant also collecting their pizzas and the tiramisu is homemade too. We’ll be back. We always are. Grazie...

My wife and I were on a two-week holiday on Tenerife. We found this place half by accident and ended up having dinner and breakfast on several days. Increbible pizza! On one occasio we decided to take canneloni and lasagne to go and had a lunch at the hotel - so so so good stuff! The staff is happy and helpful. The pizzaoven gets fired at 6 p.m. and around thatvtime there is always a line of people waiting. The restaurant was packed every time we went there. But be aware: it is well worth the wait! My husband and I went on vacation for 5 days, we were always going to places in Tenerife and ask for Pizza, we saw online about this place and read the review so we decided to go there. We ordered an Anchovy Pizza and we got ir pretty quickly, it was amazing, delicious and so tasty! The lady that took our ordered was super sweet, we also ordered coffee and it was also delicious. At the end when we were going to leave, I told her we came here because of the reviews so they were people were not lying the Pizza was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Love...
