Great place to swim even with some waves. But be careful of bug ones. Better to go in the water using the stairs. If the waves are really BIG your better stay on the beach. With big waves it could be pretty dangerous around. The beach is a combination of volcanic pebble and sand. Not crowded usually. I love this place and definitely can recommend it. Also there is not too much to see in the water so snorkeling is pretty...

Lovely little beach but it is very very rocky and when the tide comes in there is hardly any beach to use so it could be better but work has been done on it to reduce the amount of rocks so that more space can be used by the public! There is not many amenities around the area however so it will require some planing if you are visiting the beach. It is located within a lovely little alcove with fishing boats...

A must go an see on your stay went this year 2018 with 14month old twins a 9year old an a 6year old an 3 adaults and was fantastic day out I rate it my best day out so far in Tenerife 😀 will be going back hear again next year an can't wait to the hole holiday in Tenerife...

Beautiful place! If you want to swim here prepare swim shoes because there are a lot of stones on the shore and it's hard to enter into the water. You can find and natural pools near here but it looks dangerous to swim.
