Don’t let the beautiful exterior and interior fool you!!
I would avoid this restaurant at all cost. It looks lovely from the outside but really the service was extremely poor and I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable by a waiter.
We ordered some starters and wanting to try a few things the waiter suggested a couple. He was adament ‘it was enough’ for myself and a friend even though that was not his decision. We wanted a try a few things hence wanting to order more. I had to really insist quite strongly we wanted more. We loved the first few bites of our cod frittas and ordered more on the way out upgrading our portion to the full portion which is 8 pieces instead of 4. He misheard ya and brought ham croquettes and tried to blame us when he got the order wrong. He then brought us another 8 cod frittas which was not what we wanted. We ordered an additional 4 to make the portion a full one. Massive miscommunication due to what seemed like a language barrier but really he seems to understand us fine upon entering, just chose not to understand when there was a mess up with the other.
Our main was then served to us and what a catastrophe. We had over cooked meat, a salmon avocado salad that was covered in cream cheese, bitter beetroot bits, mango candied dressing which made it more like a dessert than a savoury healthy lunch dish and it was completely inedible. We left u satisfied, overcharged and disappointed. The starters are around 10/14€ and the the mains are around the same or more. We didn’t want any more trouble and arguments so we just paid and left all the food. They didn’t even have the courtesy to ask what was wrong with it when clearing 3 full main plates and two starter plates.
Our waiter also didn’t have the decency to carry on serving us as he sent someone else to sort the bill.
This restaurant could do so well as they are such a good location and the interior is beautiful. A shame about the service and food in which they are both...
Read moreMy brother and wives dined there for supper on the calle. It was superb. Our table was split from the restaurant brewery on the corner. Our waiter spoke perfect English with a wry wit that kept us laughing. He matched our Texas personalities well. The Cervezas were promptly delivered after ordered. Cod is the specialty and the cod croquettes beat the giant shrimp ones but only by little. We also had the grilled artichokes and I now like artichokes but I'll have to come back here from Texas. There was some kind of salad with avocado and cod that seemed deliciously smoked, with beets that the wives shared. I got reprimanded for taking too much but it was worth it. Then there was cured tuna, solo on a plate with olive oil and possibly caviar, but it may have been some kind of herb. I was into my second pint by then and did not get into a discussion about it since the Jamon came out via the chef, sliced perfectly to 1mm by hand, arranged artfully in a circle on the plate. We dined on these without a lull. The serving pace was great since the finale was the seafood paella. Succulent fish, shrimp and razor clams. It was a meal I'll remember....

First night at Sevilla, we decided to give it a shot at this authentic Spanish restaurant. The place is conveniently located just off the busy street of Calle de Martin Villa.
We (party of 7) were seated at the semi private dining room. The authentic Spanish vibe permeated through every corner of the restaurant.
We order Paella de Marisco (highly recommend), with Alcachofitas and Recuelto de Setas. The Parlla was definitely the highlight. The rice was well prepared with a bit crunchiness. The seafood was also nicely seasoned.
For deserts, we went with brownie and sorbet. To our surprise, they served the sorbet in a glass with a straw which was delicious!
Overall 5 stars! You should check this place out if you...
