Service without a smile. Our regular bar where we were heading turned out closed, so we stopped next door in Ambigú for a couple of beers and a snack. Read moreMy parents loved this place on their last visit so I went along. The food is local, traditional and prices are tailored to locals (not tourists) so really great value. The waitress was really helpful ~ we explained in broken Spanish what I couldn’t eat and I managed to find three dishes that were naturally vegan friendly - spinach and chickpeas (a local favourite), asparagus on gazpacho and mushrooms with a garlic sauce and a little rice.
