When I arrived it was very backed up. The cashier was processing orders faster than they could put them out. Corporate Burger King should be ashamed of the finished product and the photos they put out on the Crispy Chicken. The photos show very crispy flakes not a plain chicken patty. The crispy chicken sandwich was good as those in USA and Chicken nuggets the same. But having been out of the USA for several months it was a touch of American fast food.

El helado del menú infantil lo veo muy muy vacío,reclamo a uno de los empleados que se identifica como encargado, y me dice que llevo más del que le permiten poner,tras intentar saber cuanto es el contenido me dice que dos vueltas y que van pesados,le digo que me pese el mio,y me dice que lo tienen calculado y no disponen de peso,para demostrarmelo, coge una tarrina vacía, la llena con lo que indica es lo correcto, me la compara con lo que me ha puesto......y desde lejos lo encesta en la basura de debajo de la ventana. Le recrimino su actitud muy grotesca y sus modales,y me insiste en que no estoy en lo correcto, el caso es que prefiere tirar el helado de la demostración en lugar de servirme un poco más y evitar mi insatisfacción. A esto hay que sumar que no me han dado el ketchup extra pagado, no me han dado el que corresponde a los menús y una salsa de queso también pagada...esto es un error pero tambieb he tenido que reclamarlo.Soy cliente del establecimiento y a partir de ahora revisare todo y no pondré solo reseñas... Saludos.

Ayer viernes intentamos acceder al local con la sorpresa de que la hora de cierre es a la 1 y eran las 12:50 y no permitían la entrada a los clientes, pedimos que saliera la persona responsable del establecimiento la cual nos explico de forma chulesca que ellos salían a las 1:30 y que no les daba tiempo así que no nos iban a atender, le solicitamos la hoja de reclamaciones a la cual tengo derecho como consumidor y se negó a dármela (el encargado del local) invitándome a llamar a la policía en caso de disconformidad, el empleado en cuestión demostró con su actitud y el trato que nos dio a las personas que ayi estábamos (unas 10 personas) que no está capacitado para asumir dicho puesto, es una pena que una empresa con la reputación de BK tolere este tipo de comportamiento con sus clientes. No volveré a este establecimiento en cuestión.

Probably the best Burger King I’ve been too in Spain. Everything was perfect , clean and freshly made. Had to ask for the names of the workers because of how good the service was - So special thanks to Juanlu and Noe ❤️🙏🏻 I’m used to other branches just throwing everything together but here the workers were super patient , super friendly and really felt how they cared for my order and took the time to prepare even though I got it in just few minutes.
