The location and value of this hotel was notably better than many competitive properties in Sevilla. Perhaps the most impressive was the service at reception. The gentlemen on the front desk really were gentlemen and did everything to ensure a smooth check-in. It was all very professional and in a beautiful reception area that was light, bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. A 4* lobby for sure. ||They had managed to accommodate our wishes to be on or above the 3rd floor along with our friends' room close by. However, we did feel that the room was a little dated although large and comfortable. ||We actually were attending a photo shoot the next day so light was an issue for us and the room had only a small window and 'cold' LED bulbs in the light fittings - 'warm' LED lights would have been much cosier. ||For us, we really needed natural light and so requested that we move to another room. The hotel was full but the lovely reception staff accommodated us in a beautiful room from the next morning, where we were far more comfortable and able to prepare for our day. They pulled out all the stops to ensure the room was clean and ready from early morning. We were very grateful and on that basis, we will definitely stay here again as we travel to Sevilla a lot. Special thanks go to Dario, Alajambro and David - and I think at the last minute, I may have met another front desk gentleman but I didn't get his name! All - in all, a quiet, reserved, comfortable hotel in a super location. Thank you Pasaela Hotel - we...

Absolutely love this hotel. I stayed in 2 different room and to be honest even though both rooms were on same level we had slightly different experience.

506: Large room, has everything, double sink, USB outlet, hair dryer, stand up shower, fridge, and a sitting area and desk and phone.

It didn't have a mirror other than the little circle one in the washroom. I requested a mirror and next day we were given room 502.

502: this room is huge, with bathtub, 2 full length mirror. Huge washroom. Sitting area, desk, phone all the features. Most importantly the view was amazing. Breathtaking view of plaza de Espana and Cathedral of Seville in the distance. Looks amazing during the sunset and you can see the cathedral all lit up during the night, and tons of birds flying away during the sunset. Only minor issue was that the power outlets were very outdated and often we woke up to our phones not being charged or stopped charging while we were asleep. Which didn't bother us as much. Power outlet in the washrooms worked much better. We loved this room so much that we decided to spent 1 extra night here.

Breakfast at the hotel was great. Javier the receptionist was really helpful with directions, printing tickets for sightseeing, offering suggestions. I highly recommend this hotel. It's budget friendly while being close to major sightseeing places in walking distance. I highly recommend.

We stayed for four nights, on the last night both Handwash and Body gel wash was emptied completely. This was raised at the reception, the Housekeeping wasnt available until next morning 7am and we have an early train to catch.

Very particularly upset with the cleaners below action as well, once they remove our room card from the KeyCardHolder and the card was nowhere to be seen. We then requested for an extra card from the receptionist and shared the incident. In my mind, “What happened to the room key? Why did the cleaner remove it, did he/she has ill intention? Did he/she kept the card?“ I honestly couldnt sleep well from this incident and it was from second day we were staying here.

Despite above complaints on the cleaners, lovely spacious room, it has pretty good restaurants and Plaza de Espana in close promixity (5-6mins walk), and helpful welcoming staff at the reception.

I hope the hotel management works to improve drastically on the cleaners service, it spoilt my experience in...

Advertised as a 4-star hotel but more of a 2-star at best. Clearly not worth the price. Rooms are old, gloomy, and poorly decorated. Stains on the walls, peeling paint, inexistent acoustic isolation, disjointed bathroom countertop, leaking shower, you get the picture. The floor was dirty, and there were tiny living bugs in the bedsheets (and a presumably larger dead one near the door). Staff doesn't seem concerned about their customers' wellbeing (despite the inspirational customer service poster in the lifts). Beds were OK-ish. Breakfast is decent, though. Location is great, just nearby Plaza de España, the Maria-Luiza park, several bus stops and a 15-minute walk to the city center, the Cathedral and the Alcazar.
