Absolutely Incredible Peruvian Food & Service at Maraco!

From the moment we walked into Maraco, we were greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for the entire dining experience. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, making it perfect for both casual nights out and special occasions.

Now let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was packed with authentic Peruvian flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The ceviche was fresh and zesty, the lomo saltado was savory and tender, and the aji de gallina had that perfect balance of creamy and spicy. You can really taste the love and tradition in every bite.

On top of that, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they were serving. They were more than happy to explain the dishes and make great recommendations.

Escribiré lo bueno y malo Pedí por el just eat Positivo llegó a tiempo y platos grandes Malo : pollo a la brasa seco , se notaba q solo estaba recalentado , sin cremas ni nada al igual q las patatas secas secas , ceviche , eso era una sopa con 4 trozos mal contados de pescado lleno d cebolla encima estaba extremadamente picante y eso q me gusta el picante pero lo q mandaron era exagerado, hubiera sido mejor si habrían puesto rocoto en una bolsita y ya q uno le vaya poniendo , casi todo lo hemos tirado por lo picantisimo q estaba , los anticuchos igual secos ,nada jugosos , calentados , el arroz con mariscos le faltaba sabor ,No recomiendo pedir , es un insulto para los peruanos y para quienes quieren probar nuestros platos , sinceramente he...

Fui a comer por recomendación, un lugar amplio, el servicio bueno, la camarera que nos atendió muy amable, la comida llegó pronto, los platos son muy generosos, pedimos uno para cada uno, pero nos lo tuvimos que traer a casa. Pedimos pollo a la braza, arroz con mariscos (tenía sabor, para mis gusto le faltaba sal y el arroz estaba un poco crudo) maraquito (chaufa con lomo saltado, este plato estaba riquísimo, a este plato le pongo un 10) seco a la norteña( estaba rico) causa acevichada(el ceviche estaba bien, trozos demasiado grande, y la causa no era causa, era un bloque de puré de papas con unos trocitos de tomate y palta a su costado todo súper frío y el choclo congelado, fue lo que tardó más que todos los platos, pero solo me comi el ceviche, lo otro lo dejé, le pongo un 2 ) Todos fueron súper amables y transmiten esa amabilidad, los precios me parecieron bien por la cantidad, pero ya te digo que por la causa acevichada hubiese dado 5 euros.
