Excellent place for non-alcoholic drinks and gourmet tapas and regular cakes. Extremely comfortable, recently refurbished in a very modern-English style, very good coffee and top waiters and waitresses with a smile on their faces. The fifth star has fallen down because of the noisy presence of too many children. Otherwise, restricted Wifi to 30 minutes or so after registration and massive wooden tables for a wonderful conversation while eating or drinking or simply having the famous Spanish ‘merienda’ by 7 p.m. or so. We ordered the hummus. They had somehow blended some plastic in it. Both my friend and I had to pull cut up plastic out of our mouths. It was really disgusting to be honest, and we probably ate some of the plastic by accident. The waitress decided to fix the situation by bringing out some "new hummus" (even though it was probably from the same batch). We both thought the waitress was rude when handling the situation. I get that it was an accident but there wasn't even an apology, acknowledgement or sympathy from the staff. Fortunately they did not add the hummus...

El café malísimo,los dulces secos y muy muy malos,tipo bollería intentando imitar dulces buenos ... Sabían a cámara frigorífica que echaban para atrás.... No vuelvo, eso es seguro!

Ampliación de mi reseña: me he puesto a leer reseñas y resulta que lo que nos ha pasado aquí hoy no es un caso aislado ni algo puntual. Hay reseñas de dos,tres y cuatro años atrás diciendo lo mismo de la pastelería, que ponéis dulces secos y duros como piedras ... Eso es parano volver más ,y una cosa le digo al propietario o propietaria que siempre contesta a las reseñas que tomarán medidas :Las medidas las vamos a tomar los consumidores, porque me voy a encargar personalmente de ir durante varios días y grabar vídeos de todo ,de lo los dulces y pasteles que ponéis a la gente secos ...y me voy a encargar de hacer llegar esas evidencias a Sanidad para que os sancionen. Los pasteles pasados se los dais al vertedero, y no a las personas! Y si la culpa es de que teneis empleados incompetentes los echais a la calle y meteis a personas responsables que tengan sus cursos de manipulación de alimentos y sepan descartar alimentos en mal estado o que no se pueden dar a las personas.
