When we arrived around 15:50 and the waiter at the door said that the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes and it’s okay if we can order everything at once which we agreed to and that’s what we did. Another waiter came to take our order and it was all fine. One of the orders we made was the mini burger and what came was a burger with raw meat. We ate a few bites thinking it was weird but then stopped because it didn’t feel right, we had eaten less that half of the mini burger. The rest of the food we ordered was good. But when the same waiter was going to take away the plates after we were done eating, we just asked if the burger meat was supposed to be raw. We weren’t rude or impolite but the reaction we got was that of mild confusion so we tried to explain again and she responded, sounding a bit frustrated and rude with saying that she didn’t understand (which was weird because her English was good as we ordered) so we just said that it’s okay and we dropped it. She left all the plates and left and went to another table. When I got the chance I asked for the bill in which she came with almost instantly and just dropped the bill as if she was annoyed on to the table, right in front of me. We paid and left. This was a very unpleasant experience and we regret going there. We’ve never experienced something like...
Read moreSo let me start this was reserved by the 5 star eurostars hotel on our behalf and recommend so we were surprised at not only there lack of common sense but poor food and service. After sitting at table despite being the first ones that was average with a pillar in the centre we started our meal, shortly after a woman and child with the husband were sat directly behind despite numerous other tables being available. She then persisted to make not only loud noises but stupid ones aimed at the baby. There were not mild in nature it was loud and annoying even the husband looked annoyed., We subsequently left when in explained my issue the waitress behind the bar said CHILL. When i reacted the manger behind or head waiter apologised and said she did not understand what i said. Utter rubbish a classic example of another culture taking peeople from outside the area as stupid. We do...
Read moreThis street-level restaurant/ bar is extremely popular. It is at the street level of Hotel Inglaterra on one of the main suares of Seville. It is more comfortable than the usual tapas bar as you can sit down at tables and be served some well known favourites, such as papas bravas, and a strange selection of more exotic choices such as gyozas. The tomato and prawn salad was FANTASTIC, the other choices we made ok, but not exceptional. There is a wine list and a cocktail menu so also not the typical offering from a tapas bar, but a pleasant fusion. The waitress was excellent, very professional and much better than her colleagues. The prices were reasonable but also higher than the usual tapas bar, but understandable based on comfort and service. This is the place for you if you are tired and do not want to stand up and fight for attention in a crowded,...
