Suites Sevilla Plaza — Hotel in Seville

The location is very central, only a few minutes from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Also adjacent to Plaza Nueva and a taxi rank. We took a taxi from the airport and arrived fairly late, but information to access the building was sent to us via WhatsApp.||We booked a Standard Apartment, although calling it an apartment was a bit of a stretch. We had a large, clean bedroom with a comfortable bed, a shower room, a small kitchenette area with breakfast bar and a table and chairs on an internal courtyard balcony. There was no sofa or wardrobe/closet, just an open hanging area with very little storage space. The room was very quiet.||There was rarely anyone at reception, although if you needed anything you could send a WhatsApp message, which was answered promptly. Unfortunately there were people smoking inside the building on a couple of occasions, making our internal balcony unusable and no-one around to do anything about it.||Room cleaning was available every day if required and we were also able to arrange a taxi back to the airport.||There are a couple of supermarkets nearby, and no shortage of cafes, tapas bars and...

We stayed 3 nights at this place and it was perfect on all levels. Firstly the warm greeting by our host who incidentally spoke very good English (meaning I didn't have to embarrass myself with my Spanglish!). We did initially find the room we were given was a tiny bit musky and as I was recovering from a bronchial infection we were moved to the top floor room (Apt 10) which ticked ALL the boxes. Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and this establishment is in the very best part of Seville. It was easy to walk anywhere and everything we needed was nearby, being mostly tapas bars and wine bars! The other item that was great was a clean (share) laundry and after being on the road for a couple of weeks it was more than welcome. As we had a hire car the parking station across the road was great to have. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. We arrived quite late but the check in was easy with all the details we needed being sent to us in the morning. |The apartment was in a fantastic location, close to the cathedral and many places to eat out plus there is a supermarket just over the street which opens 10am - 10pm every day of the week. |We booked a superior one bedroom apartment and were disappointed to find this ment it was one large room with a bathroom, not the separate bedroom I had expected. The bed was very large and very comfortable though there really was very little storage for clothes ( or anything else) . The kitchen area was pretty basic but we did have a table and chairs plus a sofa. The apartment stated it was suitable for 4 people (there were 2 of us) but really wasn't. |There was work going on in the street outside but I wouldn't let that put you off going there it really didn't...
