Attention tourists: SCAM ALERT We went here for lunch during our trip to Seville. The waiters were being super nice, specifically the tall bald one. Offered us free tequila shots after our meal. Brought our bill and picked it up right after putting it on the table so we couldn’t see it. We paid via card and had estimated our bill to be around €40 euros but were charged €55. We didn’t want to create a fuss so politely went up to the counter and asked the guy for a copy of our bill and walked out. After checking our bill outside we realised they had charged us for two extra items worth around €15 that we hadn’t ordered. We went back in and as soon as the guy saw us he seemed anxious, like he realised we had found out that he tried to scam us. We still politely asked for a refund by saying that it’s probably a mistake and he quickly handed us a cash refund without even properly looking at the bill (clearly he knew he had done us wrong). Anyone who thinks this is authentic Mexican food has NEVER had authentic Mexican food. We ordered the enchiladas and they were a blob of cheese with hardly any meat and I don’t even think a tortilla in sight. No rice and beans. No salsas. Experiencia lamentable, creo que nunca he ido a un sitio con un servicio tan pésimo. No suelo escribir reseñas, pero creo que esta es necesaria para evitarle la mala experiencia a la gente. Creo que las estrellas que tiene este sitio no corresponden con las que se merece, al menos en cuanto al servicio. Para empezar tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos en la puerta incluso teniendo reserva. La reserva era a las 22:30. Nos trajeron la bebida en 15 minutos y hasta las 11:20 no llegaron los taquitos. El guacamole, que venía directo del frigorífico no llegó hasta las 11:40, y el burrito a las 12. Los taquitos estaban bien, pero lo demás no era nada especial, y los nachos eran de bolsa. Hubiera pedido más cosas, pero viendo la situación y ya sin ganas de comer por la espera solo quería pedir la cuenta e irme. Hasta en 3 ocasiones tuve que pedirla porque no me la traían, como se ve en el ticket hasta las 12:15 no pude irme de allí. Ganas de irme sin pagar no me faltaron y desde luego no volveré por alli.
